Our Policies & Guidelines

Clear, straightforward policies to ensure every Fur Wheelz appointment runs smoothly for you and your pet. Please review before booking.

📅 Deposits & Scheduling

  • A deposit is required when scheduling all bath services. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled within 24 hours of the original scheduled appointment time without forfeiting your deposit.
  • No refunds are issued for missed appointments. If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit will not be returned.
  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed at the start of each appointment. If neither the client nor their pet is available within the grace period, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

💉 Pet Health & Vaccine Requirements

  • Vaccines are required for all pets receiving any Fur Wheelz service. Please confirm your pet’s current vaccination status at the time of booking.
  • Pets that are not up to date on required vaccinations may be refused service until vaccination records are provided and verified.
  • If your pet has any known health conditions that may affect their ability to receive a bath or other service, please disclose this information at the time of booking.

⚠️ Aggressive Pet Policy

  • Aggressive pets are not accepted for any Fur Wheelz service. The safety of our staff and other pets is a top priority.
  • If an owner believes or suspects their pet may exhibit aggressive behavior, a pre-service behavioral evaluation is required before any appointment can be scheduled.
  • If aggressive behavior is displayed during an appointment that was not previously disclosed, Fur Wheelz reserves the right to end the service early without refund.

🛁 Bath Service Policies

  • Fur Wheelz provides bath services only. No grooming, haircuts, or styling services are offered or included.
  • A nail trim is included with every bath service at no additional cost.
  • Additional fees may apply for pets with long coats, heavy shedding, fleas, soiling, or difficult temperaments. Please inform us at booking of any relevant conditions.

🏍️ Boarding Policies

  • Boarding reservations require a deposit to confirm. No boarding reservation is secured without a deposit on file.
  • Half of the total boarding cost is due upon or before drop-off. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.
  • Boarding pickup and drop-off hours are 8am to 8pm, Monday through Sunday.
  • All pets receiving boarding services must have current, verifiable vaccinations on file. Aggressive pets are not eligible for boarding.

🚨 Emergency & After-Hours Services

  • Regular Fur Wheelz business hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
  • Emergency services are available outside of regular business hours at an additional cost. Call 678-813-0879 to discuss availability.
  • After-hours emergency fees will be communicated clearly before any service is confirmed or rendered.
